Who is the most corrupt president in Nigeria?
According to Transparency International new Corruption Perception Index, Nigeria’s corruption under Buhari administration is rampant, ranks 149th in the world in terms of corruption out of 180 countries. Nigeria’s foreign debt increased from $7 billion in 2015 to $32 billion in 2020. Buhari has borrowed more than Abacha, Abdulsalami, Obasanjo, Yar’adua and Jonathan.
