Popoola Zainab, a 500-level nursing student at Osun State University in Osogbo, has been reported missing.
According to information obtained by Mandy News, the student was reported missing by the university management on Sunday, and efforts to find her have been ineffective.
Ademola Adesoji, the school’s public relations officer, verified the event on Monday and said that the university security department had been notified, and an investigation had been started into the circumstances of her missing.
On Monday, the girl sister also used Twitter to ask for assistance from the public regarding the whereabouts of her missing sibling.
According to the now-viral tweet made by her sister, the 500-level student was last seen on Saturday, December 3, 2022, in the vicinity of Awosuru Street in Osogbo.
Ayomide Popoola is among the many people who have been declared missing in Nigeria for the past 48 hours.
