Following his sentencing last week, the 55-year-old musician was put on restriction in the federal prison in Brooklyn where he is currently detained.

Federal prosecutors in Brooklyn claimed in a court document filed on Tuesday morning that Kelly had been put off suicide watch at the Metropolitan Detention Center, making the case irrelevant.
According to report, the court’s decision was influenced by a clinical evaluation that found no indications that Kelly was an urgent threat to himself.
