Membership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is open to all Nigerians upon application. This applies to all Nigerian citizens in the Diaspora in possession of a valid National Identification card or passport, irrespective of gender, race, colour, and by the requirements of the Political Parties Act 2013.
