The founder of Twitter Jack Dorsey has said he “will work to restore Twitter access for Nigerians” so that everyone can begin to tweet again.
Jack Dorsey said via Twitter policy handle that “access to the free and #OpenInternet is an essential human right”. He intended to set out a plan for how every Nigerian can get access to Twitter again.
“We are deeply concerned by the blocking of Twitter in Nigeria. Access to the free and #OpenInternet is an essential human right in modern society, Twitter policy said.
It went further to promise the users “we will work to restore access for all those in Nigeria who rely on Twitter to communicate and connect with the world. #KeepitOn”
