Davido has started the disbursement of his N300 million to the orphanage homes across the 36 States of the country.
MANDYNEWS will compile list of orphanage homes in Nigeria that have received money from davido orphanage donations.
The orphanage home that received the first payment is the gold heart foundation located in the southern part of Nigeria.
The registered NGO received the sum of N747,426.00 on Thursday, 10 February 2022.
In a statement by the NGO social media handler, it said: “Our joy has no bound as we received the sum of NGN747,426.00 credit alert frm David Orphan. Fund davido this noon.”
It added; “We sincerely appreciate U @davido for this large&thoughtful support for Mosadoluwa orphanage, Ekiti state. We ensure maximum usage&accountability of this fund.”
The disclosure comes amid demands from social media users and rival fans for more transparency around the Davido orphanage donation, funds established as part of the N250 million donated to the singer by his close associates, which Davido added his personal N50 million to be shared among orphans home in Nigeria.
