Nigeria celebrated her 60th Independence Anniversary on the 1st of October 2020; having obtained independence from the British colonial rule on October 1st, 1960, with late Abubakar Tafawa Balewa as the Prime minister.

The people.

Nigeria has lovely, kind, talented and awesome people. With a population of more than 200 million people in the country, Nigeria has the highest population of any African country. There are more people in Nigeria than there are in the UK, France, and Spain combined, and 1 out of every 7 black people on the planet is a Nigerian.

Fufu, jolof rice, plantains, veggies, meat, potatoes, rich stews, the list goes on. Your stomach and taste buds will thank you.
