One person reportedly dead on Monday after a major explosion in Baltimore
The Baltimore Firefighters Union Local 734 said that several houses exploded and at least five people are trapped after an explosion on Reisterstown Road, FireFighters reports.
Union officials confirmed that one person was pronounced dead on the scene, and two victims were transported to the hospital in serious condition.
The officials added there are 2 occupants transported in serious condition, 1 adult woman dead as they continue to search for more.
At the time of this report, special Rescue Operations units have arrived and are beginning to search and rescue the other patients.
Rescuers are communicating with one person still trapped. #BCFDSRO Special Rescue Operations Team is working to get to the person.

(3) patients, all critical have been rescued by Firefighters. Special Rescue Operations units have arrived and are beginning to search and rescue the other patients.
