Russian Air Strikes Kill 100 Ukrainian Special Forces And Soldiers

More than 100 Ukrainian Special Forces and Soldiers are killed in Russian airstrikes, Russian state-controlled international television network reported.

According to the Ministry of Defense, Russian forces attacked a Ukrainian special forces training center early Sunday, killing more than 100 local troops and foreign mercenaries.

He claimed the mercenaries were on the ground at the Ukrainian Special Operations Forces training center near Ovruch in the northern Zhytomyr Region, which had been targeted by “high-precision air-launched missiles.”

During a briefing, ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said that the airstrike killed more than 100 Ukrainian special operations troops and foreign soldiers of fortune.

Russia destroyed another mercenary base at the Yavoriv range in the western Lviv region a week ago, claiming that up to 180 foreign fighters were killed.
