A few days after the viral video of the buffalo shooting, another suspect identified as Salvador Ramos, took to a Texas elementary school, killing 19 students and two teachers.
The shooter, who authorities identified as an 18-year-old, is also dead according to ABC news.
Gov. Greg Abbott said the young teen suspect is a Uvalde High School student and a Uvalde native.
There’s a viral clip of the suspected shooter sighted on the 247TV YouTube channel. He was wearing body armor.
According to Sandra Kulewsky, the video was sent to her, and based on the voice heard in the recording, she believes the video was taken by a student.
In the video, it looks like the police officers were shooting at him but his body armour stopped the bullets.
According to ABC News, as he approached the school, he was immediately engaged by a Uvalde Independent School District police officer, who was shot by the suspect.
