How to use Veo for free in Google Flow
Flow is Google's AI film tool and the best free option. Google's help page says everyone gets 50 Flow credits a day, with or without a subscription. Nigeria and Ghana are on Flow's list of supported countries.
- On a computer, open Chrome or Edge. Flow works on phones but is built for desktop.
- Sign in to your Google account and make sure your age is verified as 18 or older.
- Go to labs.google/fx/tools/flow and start a new project.
- Choose Veo 3.1 Lite as the model. It costs 10 credits per clip, so 50 credits give about five clips a day.
- Pick the clip length and the shape: 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or 16:9 for YouTube.

Vids is meant for presentations and explainer videos, so it has fewer creative controls than Flow.
