Check your own writing before you submit

Before submitting, read your essay and note:
1. Every sentence that does not sound like you.
2. Every claim without a source.
3. Every paragraph you could explain out loud without notes.
Rewrite the first two in your own words and add sources. Detectors can be wrong, so keep your drafts and notes as proof of your work.
