The federal government of Nigeria is to sign a tripartite agreement with the United States of America (USA) and the Island of Jersey to send back $321 million looted assets.
The Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr Abubakar Malami, has spoke on the loot by Abacha, James Ibori & Dezieni Alison-Madueke.
Discussing the outcome Malami said looted assets by to a former Minister of Petroleum Resources, Mrs Dezieni Alison-Madueke and ₦2,707,572,099 looted by former Governor of Delta State, Mr James Ibori, would also be recovered.
Malami also explained that no amount had been placed on the Alison-Madueke asset.
