The long-awaited, highly-anticipated 2023 Grammy Awards nominations are almost upon us, as The Recording Academy added five new categories in June this year.

Grammy Awards 2023 Details

  • Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022 – Sunday, Oct. 23, 2022: First Round Voting
  • Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022: Nominees Announced for the 2023 GRAMMYs
  • Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2022 – Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2023: Final Round Voting
  • Sunday, Feb. 5, 2023: GRAMMYs Awards 2023

Grammys 2023 Nominations

It is finally here. After almost a year since the last nominations, which became controversial because some beautiful musicians were not on the list, this year’s nominations now have over 90 categories for November 15, which is just a few days away.

As of 2022, there were 86 categories in total for the Grammy Awards. For the 65th Grammy Awards, 5 new categories were added, including Songwriter of the Year (Non-Classical), Best Alternative Music Performance, Best Americana Performance, Best Score Soundtrack for Video Games and Other Interactive Media, and Best Spoken Word Poetry Album.

However, according to the most recent information obtained by as of Sunday morning, October 16, Canadian rapper Drake and American singer The Weekend have yet to submit their songs for the Grammy 2023 awards.

Grammy Awards 2023 Date and Time

The 65th GRAMMY Awards ceremony will be aired live from the Crypto Arena in Los Angeles on February 5, 2023, from 8 to 11:30 p.m. ET/5-8:30 p.m. PT.

Where Is The Grammys 2023 Held

Los Angeles, in the United States, will be the host city for the 2023 GRAMMYs – it also happens to be aired live from the arena.
