A 99-year old veteran has become the oldest coronavirus survivor in Brazil.
The man had not required ventilatory support and reportedly recovered due to his good physical shape obtained from years of military training.
The previous oldest survivor in Brazil was a 97-year old woman.
So far Brazil has recorded 25,684 cases with 1,552 deaths and 14,026 survivors.
Brazil has recorded its first COVID-19 index cases on the same day, 27th of February, 2020 with Nigeria, Brazil has 25,684 cases and 1,552 deaths, while Nigeria has above 300 cases and 11 death.
