Canadian singer Celine Dion has come under a lot of criticism these past few days— people are even using her to quote Bible verses, talking about her dwindled beauty, how she has deteriorated and ultimately how fleeting and vain this life is. It seems people are finding it unthinkable she has aged this suddenly when she is ‘only’ 50.
In a recent interview with CNN Entertainment, The My Heart Will Go On singer said; “If I like it, I don’t want to talk about it, don’t bother. Don’t take a picture. I’m doing this for me. I want to feel strong, beautiful, feminine and sexy.”
People feel she is working too hard, not eating well, in denial and probably depressed after the death husband René Angélil who doubled as her manager died of throat cancer in 2016 at the age of 73. She has never been the same, Celine self-confessed that Rene was the only she’s ever known.
I bet it is not easy to get over someone you have known for over 20 years in a period of three years no matter how hard you try. Celine says “If you like it, I’ll be there,” Dion said. “If you don’t, leave me alone.”
