President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered Keyamo’s removal in a shameful way, for ‘constantly de-marketing dis administration’.

According to the report obtained by Mandy News from Sahara Reporters, President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered the removal of Festus Keyamo as the spokesperson for the All Progressives Congress (APC)/Bola Ahmed Tinubu Presidential Campaign Council.

A number of APC members reportedly complained vehemently to President Buhari that Keyamo was badmouthing his administration in order to push the party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

For instance, Keyamo stated during a Sunday appearance on Channels Television that Nigerians are starving and cannot wait for a new leader to sate their hunger.

As a result of what he said, the president reportedly became furious and immediately ordered Keyamo’s dismissal and replacement.

The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), according to the insider who communicated with Sahara Reporters, also pressed on his removal following the recent interview on Channels Television.

On the other hand, some insiders who spoke to Sahara this morning about the interview voiced presidential annoyance, claiming that the president is upset with Keyamo for continuously de-marketing his administration.

“Festus Keyamo has been asked to leave his position as the party’s campaign spokesperson by Buhari. When he called the government in which he serves as a minister a failed regime, the President accused him of constantly de-marketing his own regime. He has been characterized as a wild cannon who consistently portrays his government as having failed. The cabal members are not pleased,” according to the insider.
