Today, Controversial maverick entertainment personality, Charles Oputa, better known as Charly Boy, Boy led a protest to the INEC headquarters in Abuja to demand reforms and call for an end to under-age voting in Northern Nigeria and alleged inefficient Permanent Voter Card (PVC) delivery process.
