Coronavirus: Akwa Ibom Confirms 5 New Cases, Total Number 174

Nigeria cases of COVID-19 rises to 174, Akwa Ibom, Kaduna, Bauchi reported new cases.

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) announced on Wednesday, April 1, 2020, 35 new confirmed coronavirus cases, rising the number of infections to 174 in the country. Akwa Ibom confirmed five new cases.

Twenty-three new cases of coronavirus have been reported in Nigeria; 9 in Lagos, 7 in Abuja, 5 in Akwa Ibom, 1 in Kaduna and 1 in Bauchi State As at 08:00 pm 1st April there are 174 confirmed cases of COVID-19 reported in Nigeria. Nine have been discharged with two deaths.
