Rainbow at Buckingham palace
On Thursday, September 8, 2022, a double rainbow appears over Buckingham Palace before the queen of England is officially declared dead.
On Wednesday, in response to reports of the longest-reigning monarch’s deteriorating health, a number of people flocked to Buckingham Palace to await new information.
Everyone who gathered outside the gates was startled to see a double rainbow unexpectedly sprout up opposite the Palace after a morning of cloudy skies and showers gave way to flashes of sunshine.
While some believed the phenomenon to be a portent of forthcoming good news, others interpreted it as a symbol that Her Majesty had passed away.
After a few hours, the queen passed away in the presence of her family, according to a statement from Buckingham Palace.
