The Governor of Kaduna State Nasir Ahmad El-Rufai has started using the virtual private network to access Twitter after the Nigerian government ordered federal prosecutors to arrest and prosecute users of the microblogging app.
Mr El-Rufai took to Twitter Sunday evening to react to the Twitter ban in Nigeria after the directive took effect on Friday.
