Multiple reports have it that suspected political thugs kill two persons in Ebonyi state

Two folks had been killed at the same time as three others had been injured in Amagu ward one in Ikwo nearby government vicinity of the kingdom.

The incident happened on Friday night time.

Police Commissioner inside the nation, Awosola Awotunde showed the incident to our Reporter.

He stated the incident observed a conflict among supporters of two political events inside the country

“The injured are being treated in the health center. We are treating them as suspects for now as they were concerned inside the clash,” he stated.

The member representing, Ikwo/Ezza South Constituency and candidate of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, Lazarus Ogbe accused the All Progressive Congress, APC within the country of masterminding the assaults.

The APC candidate for the Ikwo/Ezza South Constituency, Chinedu Ogar hails from the ward in which the incident passed off.

Mr Ogbe said that one of these killed changed into his agent for the polling unit in the region.

He gave the call of those killed as Igwe Ukwa and Egbe Oruke while the ones injured are Ejike Simon Igwe and Alo Nwamgbo.
The lawmaker also alleged that polling substances for the ward had been hijacked.

“Voters have come out and are watching for election to begin however nothing is occurring there”.

He stated a record of the hijack were made to INEC.

His allegations could not be independently established at press time.

Spokesman of INEC in the kingdom, Andy Ezeani said the security scenario inside the country become good enough.

Pressed on whether balloting is going on in Amagu, he said, “I suppose so, I will have to speak to my humans on ground and get lower back to you”.
