NIGERIA (MandyNews) – EndSARS Protesters blocked roads in Abuja and other parts of Nigeria on Friday, protesting against the police brutality, extortion and extra-judicial killings.
The nationwide protests, which started on Oct. 8 by Nigerian singer Runtown and led by several other celebrities. There has been no sign of progress yet toward agreement on an end to Nigeria’s dreaded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS).
Hundreds of protesters also blocked the Lekki tollgate.
