An Iyaganku Chief Magistrates’ Court sitting in Ibadan on Thursday remanded a father, Phillip Iyiola, forty three, who allegedly raped his two daughters.
Iyiola has been remanded pending prison recommendation from the Oyo State Directorate of Public Prosecution (DPP).
The police charged Iyiola with bang.
Chief Magistrate E.A Idowu, ordered the remand of Iyiola at Agodi Federal Prison pending the final results of the case record with the DPP.
Idowu, adjourned the case till March 26, for point out.
Earlier the police prosecutor, ASP Adewale Amos advised the court docket that Iyiola among January and November 2018, at Road 3c, No.6, Temidire str, Olirunda , Ibadan, allegedly banged his two daughters elderly 8 and nine years.
Amos stated, Iyiola allegedly dedicate the offence with out the children’s consent.
He stated the offence contravened the provisions of Section 218 of the Criminal Code of Oyo country 2000.
