The former president of the Republic of the Congo has died on Monday after being infected with the deadly Wuhan virus COVID-19, his family said.
Jacques Joaquim Yhombi-Opango died in a Paris hospital 30th of March.
The 81-year-old was sick before he got infected with the coronavirus.
Jacques ruled Congo-Brazzaville from 1977 until he was toppled in 1979.
