Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari has reacted to the death of UNIBEN student Vera Uwaila who was murdered at RCCG church in Benin city.
Buhari said via his official Twitter account on Tuesday that he expects the Nigeria Police Force to speedily and diligently investigate this case and ensure that all the culprits responsible for this barbaric act are brought to justice.
“I would like to offer my deepest condolences to the family and friends of Uwaila Omozuwa,” he said.

Recall that one suspect has been arrested, after Governor of Edo State, Godwin Obaseki called for an immediate investigation into the alleged murder of Vera Uwaila on Monday, 1 June.
