‘It’s too soon to say goodbye, but he’s gone. My little boy, my companion, Kobe, was full of life and joy. Now, he’s gone. I called out his name repeatedly, but there was no response. I was at my best when I was with him, and now I feel lost. Life can be so cruel, striking where it hurts the most. How does one cope with such a loss? How can one continue living? Please, if you have any advice, help me, because I’m at a loss.’
