After the Iran’s top general, Qassem Soleimani, was killed in a US drone strike early Friday, January 3, 2020 morning outside the Baghdad airport, regime leaders including Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and President Hassan Rouhani, vowed they would retaliate.
According to the reports, The mullahs of Iran have placed an $80 (₦28,920,000,000) bounty on the head of President Donald Trump in revenge for the hit that killed Quds Force leader Qasem Soleimani. Iranian state television announced the bounty, framing it as an offer on behalf of the Iranian people.
“We are 80 million Iranians, if each one of us puts aside one American dollar, we will have 80 million American dollars, and we will reward anyone who brings us [Trump]’s head with that amount.”
