Jennifer Flavin filed to divorce Sylvester Stallone on Friday, August 19, after twenty-five years of marriage, Mandy News confirmed.
In Florida’s Palm Beach County, where the pair has a residence, Flavin, who is 54 years of age, filed a petition “for dissolution of marriage and other relief” from the “Rambo” star.
She has petitioned to have her last name Flavin restored and wants exclusive possession of their Florida home. She also demands a larger portion of their assets, claiming the actor willfully wasted funds that should have been made available to her.
According to a reputable source who spoke to TMZ, Jennifer Flavin, Sylvester Stallone’s wife, filed for divorce following a heated disagreement over whether the actor should be allowed to buy a new dog.
In order to protect their family, the actor wanted to buy a Rottweiler, according to sources close to the marriage, but Jennifer did not want another dog.
