Niger President Mahamadou Issoufou has presented the Niger Republic highest honour Grand Croix Des Ordre National Du Niger, to Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari.
The Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the President, Femi Adesina, disclosed this in a statement on Tuesday, said the outgoing Nigerien President, Mahamadou Issoufou, awards the honour on Buhari.
