Afolabi, whose birthday was celebrated barely nine days ago, had an illustrious career that spanned over two decades. He was renowned for his roles in Yoruba movies, a regional genre of Nollywood, and was greatly admired for his exceptional acting skills and charisma.

The actor was born on May 5, 1974, in Osogbo, Nigeria. He grew up in a family that had a deep love for the arts, which played a pivotal role in shaping his career. He had his breakthrough in the late ’90s and quickly rose to fame in the early 2000s.
