Africa’s most populated country, Nigeria has confirmed its third case of the coronavirus COVID-19 on Tuesday, 17 March, in Africa’s largest city, Lagos.
In a confirm statement, its case was 30-year-old Nigerian, a female who returned from the UK on 13th March observed self-Isolation, developed symptoms and tested positive.
At the time of this report, the lady is at Mainland GH receiving care.
So far tenth countries in sub-Saharan Africa have confirmed the cases of coronavirus. Ivory Coast, Nigeria, Senegal, Cameroon, Togo, South Africa, Burkina Faso and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
