Nigerian Health Ministry confirms a total of 40 cases of COVID-19 so far, the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said.
Four new cases of the coronavirus COVID-19 was confirmed in Nigeria on Monday, 23 March. 3 are in Lagos State and 1 in Abuja.
The two cases are returning travellers
As at 11:00 pm on the 23rd of March, there are 40 confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria. 2 have been discharged with 1 death recorded and the fourth-highest total in Sub-Saharan Africa.
