The African Union (AU) has selected Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari as the 2018 Anti-Corruption Champion for its 30th AU Summit in Addis Ababa. This is supposedly in recognition of the leader’s hard stance on corruption and his fight against it since assuming office in 2015 at the West-African country.
