A new video went viral of the many bags of old naira notes stacked away in a warehouse in Wadata area of Makurdi in Benue State.

The footage circulated on Tuesday, December 13, and it’s not clear exactly how much the money was, but it looks like the type that can feed a state. In the video, you see many people lamenting while others bring out some of the money that has already gone bad from the sack bag.

A Nigerian who witnessed the money bags posted on social media, saying:

According to the information obtained by Mandy News, the EFCC, a Nigerian anti-graft organization, found the money.
