#OsunTribunal has declared PDP Adeleke winner of the Osun election
The Osun State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja is now delivering judgment on the petition filed by the Peoples Democratic Celebration and its candidate within the September 2018 election, Senator Ademola Adeleke, to problem the declaration of the All Progressives Congress and its candidate, Gboyega Oyetola, because the winner of the ballot.
The Justice Ibrahim Sirajo-led three-man bench started delivering judgment at 10.33am on Friday.
The lead judgment is being delivered by a member of the panel, Justice Peter Obiora.
