According to Reuters reports on Monday, Zhejiang will have to continue clinical testing of the drug, after the antiviral drug Favipiravir goes on sale.
According to the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology the drug has good effectiveness after 70 people participated in the clinical testing.
Currently almost 1,800 people has died from coronavirus infection as the cases increased to 71,331 people in 29 countries.
