Singer Banky W Wins PDP House Of Rep Ticket

Nigerian-American singer Olubankole Wellington, popularly known as Banky W, has won the People’s Democratic Party House of Representative ticket for Eti-osa Federal Constituency in Lagos State. 

The musician received twenty-eight votes, while his main rival received only three.

Following rumors that he had lost his primary contest, Banky W became the center of internet jokes.

The entrepreneur and politician was later declared the winner, to God’s glory.

In a viral video obtained by MandyNews.com, the votes can be seen being counted and closely monitored by the delegates and members of the party.
