Rapid tests for coronaviruses purchased in China do not work well the Czech Republic has found out, so Spain sends it back to China.
The Spanish Government has announced that it is sending back the first batch of COVID-19 testing kits that it received from China due to the incredibly high error rate of the kits.
“They do not detect the positive cases as expected,” says a report.
Spain had ordered 340,000 kits from the Chinese company, Shenzhen Bioeasy Biotechnology.
Responding to the report the company said that the batch of faulty kits was not part of the 423 million euro deal that the two countries recently signed.
