Students, Youths Lead As INEC Releases 2019 Election Voters Distribution Statistics

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has released the analytics showing the voters distribution of the 84 Million eligible voters in the forthcoming 2019 election. Nigeria voter’s distribution by occupation and age.
The statistics have shown below clearly indicate that students formed the largest group of voters in the occupation group, accounting for 26.57% (22M) followed by the farmers 16.23% (13.6M) and surprisingly the housewives’ category with 14.1% (12M).

Using the age distribution chart, youths between the age 18-35 group accounts for 51.11%, the middle-aged 36-50 are 29.97% with the elderly coming in the rear.
