Some suspected thugs have been apprehended by police operatives earlier in the present day in Akwa Ibom state.
Based on experiences, the lads had been allegedly imported from Edo and Ekiti states, forward of the governorship election on Saturday, March 9, 2019.
It’s alleged that the a few of them had been dropped on the All Progressives Congress (APC) workplace alongside Ikot Ekpene whereas some had been arrested.
After they had been questioned, the lads allegedly mentioned they got here to work for the APC governorship candidate for Akwa Ibom State, Mr. Nsima Ekere. In addition they disclosed that 4 buses crammed with able-bodied males have already arrived the state capital, Uyo.
The boys had been pressured to lie down on the bottom as they had been taken into custody by the police for additional investigation.
