Bola Tinubu, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), appeared to be avoiding a “bulaba” moment Monday while reading a speech on security, economic development, and foreign policy off a teleprompter at Chatham House.
Mandy News obtained the clip on Twitter where Tinubu can be heard speaking on the Diaspora remittance to Nigeria.
