Authorities say a gunman killed three people and injured eleven others on Saturday, June 4 in a renowned Philadelphia entertainment area.
The incident occurred on South Street in Philadelphia’s central neighborhood.
According to the report, police officers were on patrol at 11:30 p.m. Saturday when they heard many gunshots.
After arriving at the scene of the gunfire, police commissioner Danielle Outlaw said they discovered numerous victims with gunshot wounds laying on the street and in the roadway and began to offer help.
In the now-viral video, two men approach a young man dressed in a black outfit and begin a physical struggle. A few seconds later, several bullets are fired.
In less than four hours after it was posted on Sunday, the video garnered nearly 200,000 views.

Despite recent pleas for gun reform, Congress has refused to implement new gun laws.
