Wizkid’s “Made in Lagos tour” has been canceled, for now, Ticketmaster, the worldโs largest ticket marketplace announced in a statement sent to fans who reach out posted on social media and verified by multiple fans.

“Thanks for reaching out to us about your event. We have confirmed that the Event Organizer has canceled your event: WizKid: Made In Lagos Tour 01/20/2022 7:00 PM (Venue Time) Toronto, Ontario,” the statement read.
“No action is required to obtain a refund; we will issue a refund to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, once funds are received from the Event Organizer, which is usually completed within 30 days. Please see our Purchase Policy for more information.
Please Note: If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster.”
The tour was originally announced in 2021 and slated to begin in January 2022. But it was cancelled and new dates are yet to be announced, but Toronto fans want to know why Wizkid cancelled his โMade In Lagosโ tour.

Why did Wizkid cancel his 2022 Canada tour?
Wizkid announced on 6 July his plans to tour Canada, set to kick off January 1 with a show at History in Toronto.
The 31-year-old singer wanted to give his fans a better show but it was canceled in the rising of the COVID-19 pandemic.
