Again, Italy Records 651 New Coronavirus Deaths On Sunday

On Sunday, March 22 the total number of confirmed cases of the coronavirus COVID-19 in Italy rises to 59,138 from 53,578 on Saturday and death toll of total 5,560, said Commissioner for Emergency Borrelli during the press conference on Civil Protection.

Italy, a 60-million-population European country reported 5560 new cases and 651 new deaths on Sunday.

At the moment 46,638 people are positive for the virus. To date, in Italy, there have been 59,138 total cases.

In detail: there are currently 17,885 positive cases in Lombardy, 6,390 in Emilia-Romagna, 4,644 in Veneto, 4,127 in Piedmont, 2,231 in the Marche, 2,144 in Tuscany, 1,351 in Liguria, 1,272 in Lazio, 866 in Campania, 738 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 885 in the Autonomous Province of Trento, 648 in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, 748 in Puglia, 596 in Sicily, 539 in Abruzzo, 500 in Umbria, 354 in Valle d’Aosta, 327 in Sardinia, 260 in Calabria, 81 in Basilicata and 52 in Molise.

7,024 people were healed. There are 5,476 dead
