The capacity DG of the Tinubu Support Organization, Hon. Aminu Suleiman, has paid N100 million for Bola Ahmed Tinubu to buy the presidential form of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC).
Mr. Aminu’s action comes just five hours after the ruling party announced the dates for the APC primaries and the prices for filling out forms for various political offices.
MANDYNEWS published information on the primaries and the cost of nomination forms for APC candidates on Wednesday.
Candidates for the House of Assembly will pay N2,000,000, while those running for the House of Representatives will pay N10,000,000.
Candidates for the Senate would pay a total of N20 million, governorship candidates N50 million, and presidential candidates N100 million.
Mr Ahmed Tinubu’s form was obtained by the Tinubu Support Organization (TSO) on Wednesday.
According to the DG, the group paid the required N100 million for the expression of interest and nomination form.
The cheque was signed and posted online by Aminu Suleiman.
