Atiku Abubakar, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate for 2023, announced Gov. Ifeanyi Okowa as his running mate.
ARISE TV was the first to reveal Ifeanyi Okowa’s selection as Atiku Abubakar’s running mate ahead of the 2023 presidential election.
Mr. Okowa was chosen on Thursday, June 16, following a bruising campaign against Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike.
According to reports, the decision was made in the party’s best interests.
