Big Brother Naija Season 6 winner Whitemoney, a singer and songwriter from Nigeria, has signed with the EME record label thanks to Banky W.

The Igbo native has made a name for himself in the music scene with composition and vocal stylings that are influenced by afrobeat music.

On December 3, 2021, he released the Masterkraft-produced single “Selense,” which came with a music video. Rosemary (2018), “Your Life” (2018), and “My Heart” are just a few of the songs that Whitemoney has produced (2021).

On July 24, 2021, Whitemoney became the fifth competitor in Big Brother Naija’s sixth season.

He received 47% of the final votes, beating Liquorose, who received 22.99% of the total votes, during the season finale of the program on October 3, 2021, and was awarded the $90 million grand prize.

On Tuesday, September 20, 2022, Whitemoney announced his signing with EME on his Twitter page.

He wrote on Twitter:
