Nigeria has reported 16 new cases of the coronavirus COVID-19 in 24 hours, as the virus spread to 12 states in the country plus FCT with a total of 97.

On the 28th of March 2020, sixteen new confirmed cases of COVID-19 recorded in Nigeria
so far, 97 cases have been confirmed, three cases have been discharged and one death from COVID-19 recorded in Nigeria

How many states have coronavirus in Nigeria?

So far the coronavirus has spread to 12 states in Nigeria. As of the sixteen new cases reported on the 28th of March,

2 are in FCT, 7 are in Lagos, 1 is in Kaduna, 1 is in Osun, 1 in Benue and 4 are in Oyo
