Court Declares Kashamu As Ogun PDP Governorship Candidate
The Federal High Court, Abeokuta, on Wednesday, affirmed the Senator representing Ogun East, Buruji Kashamu, because the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ogun State.
The court docket brushed off the match filed by a member of the House of Representatives, Oladipupo Adebutu, hard the nomination of Kashamu because the party’s candidate.
The presiding judge, Justice Abubakar Shittu, held that the case turned into statute-barred, having been stuck up with the fourth alteration.

Reacting to the judgment, Kashamu stated, “There became no victor, no vanquished. We are all individuals of the same PDP own family. We are better and stronger together in PDP.”
Kashamu who spoke thru his media aide, Austin Oniyokor, introduced, “What is most important is that we are working together, conserving reconciliation meetings and strategising collectively.
